Amazon is an Essential Oxygen customer, responsible for the sale, warehousing and shipping of our brand's products through the Amazon.com website. Recently, we became aware that some products were arriving to Amazon customers in less than perfect condition.
Furthermore, it appears that Amazon had turned off the Returns feature for our products and customers were not able to get a return, replacement or refund for damaged product. It is our agreement with Amazon that they must provide returns or refunds upon request. We apologize for any frustration.
If you are experiencing any quality issues with Essential Oxygen products purchased and fulfilled by Amazon, and were unable to make a return, you may be eligible for a replacement directly from our company. While the Returns issue with Amazon has been resolved as of March 28, 2023, we want to take this opportunity to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied with their Amazon orders.

How to find the lot number and manufacturing number.
Each product is marked with the date it was manufactured and the lot number. Note that this date is not an expiration date.
For BR | Rinse Organic Mouthwash, BR | Tooth Polish and all HP | 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide products, these numbers are stamped on the bottom of the bottle.
