We are committed to respecting human rights and to upholding the following internationally recognized frameworks:

The International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
We recognize our responsibility to avoid causing or contributing to adverse human rights impacts, and to address such impacts where they occur.
What We Commit To
Treating every worker with dignity and respect, free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Upholding the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work: freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, and the elimination of forced labor, child labor, and workplace discrimination.
Providing safe and healthy working conditions across our operations.
Expecting the same standards from our suppliers and partners, and considering human rights impacts in our procurement decisions.
Identifying, preventing, and mitigating adverse human rights impacts connected to our business, and providing access to remedy where we have caused or contributed to harm.
How We Uphold This Commitment
This commitment is endorsed by our governing body and reviewed annually as part of our governance oversight.
Anyone, including workers, suppliers, customers, and community members, may raise a human rights concern through the grievance channel published on our Impact page at essentialoxygen.com/pages/impact.
We will continue to strengthen our human rights practices as our company grows.
