Essential Oxygen subscriptions make it easy to stay stocked on your favorites. You get automatic deliveries on your schedule, plus savings on every recurring order. Subscriptions are optional and can be changed or canceled anytime.
By placing a subscription order, you agree to this Subscription Policy as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

How It Works
1. Select an eligible product.
2. Choose “Subscribe” and pick your delivery frequency.
3. Checkout as usual.
4. We process and ship your recurring orders based on your schedule.
5. Your subscription continues until you modify or cancel it.
Billing
* Your first subscription order is charged at checkout.
* Future orders are charged automatically on your renewal date at the subscription price minus your 5 percent discount.
* Sales tax is applied where required.
* If your payment fails, you’ll receive an email to update it. Orders will retry once updated.
Shipping
* Orders ship on your selected schedule.
* Free shipping applies to subscription orders over $75.
* Delivery timelines may vary by carrier and location.
Managing Your Subscription
After your first subscription order, you can manage everything through your customer portal, including:
* Swapping products
* Updating quantity
* Changing delivery dates or frequency
* Skipping a shipment
* Pausing your subscription
* Canceling anytime
* Updating address or payment information
* Changes apply to future orders.
Pre-Shipment Reminders
You will receive an email before each recurring charge so you can adjust, skip, or pause your upcoming order.
Skips and Pauses
You may skip or pause at any time.
There are no penalties.
Skips and pauses only apply to upcoming orders. Processed orders cannot be changed.
Cancellations
You can cancel anytime in your customer portal.
Orders already processed will still ship.
Returns
Subscription orders follow our standard return and refund policy. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll take care of it.
Policy Updates
Essential Oxygen may update this policy; changes will apply to future subscription orders.
