At Essential Oxygen, we believe the people connected to our business should be able to tell us when something is wrong. We take every concern seriously, and we will tell you what we are doing about it.

Anyone with a concern about how we operate is welcome to use this form, including:

Customers and the people who use our products

Anyone raising a concern on behalf of the environment

What You Can Raise

You can use this form to report anything that does not sit right with you. That might be a product or safety issue, a workplace concern, a question about how we source or package our products, an environmental impact, an ethics or conduct concern, or anything else you think we should know about.

Your Protection

No Retaliation. Ever.

You will never face retaliation for raising a concern in good faith. We will not penalize, dismiss, demote, or take any adverse action against anyone who submits a concern or takes part in reviewing one. You may submit your concern anonymously if you prefer. If you give us your contact information, we will keep it confidential and share it only with the people handling your concern.

What Happens Next

If you share your contact information, we will acknowledge your submission within five business days.

We will update you at each step, inform you of the outcome, and confirm directly with you when your concern is resolved.

We aim to resolve or provide a substantive update within thirty business days. If a concern is complex and needs more time, we will inform you and stay in touch until it is closed.

If we decide that something you raise is not a grievance we can act on, we will explain that decision and our reasoning to you.

Concerns are reviewed by our team, escalated when needed, and reported to our leadership as part of our annual governance review.
You are always welcome to submit anonymously. Please note that if you do, we will not be able to send you updates or our response.
