What You Can Raise
You can use this form to report anything that does not sit right with you. That might be a product or safety issue, a workplace concern, a question about how we source or package our products, an environmental impact, an ethics or conduct concern, or anything else you think we should know about.
Your Protection
You will never face retaliation for raising a concern in good faith. We will not penalize, dismiss, demote, or take any adverse action against anyone who submits a concern or takes part in reviewing one. You may submit your concern anonymously if you prefer. If you give us your contact information, we will keep it confidential and share it only with the people handling your concern.
How We Resolve Concerns
Submissions are received by our Customer Service Lead and Head of Impact, who log the concern and route it to the team best positioned to address it.
We review the facts, consult relevant staff or partners where needed, propose a resolution, and confirm with you that the outcome addresses your concern. Complex or sensitive matters are escalated to our CEO for review. All concerns are logged and reviewed annually by our governing body as part of our oversight process.
