I use it on everything: laundry, cutting boards, kitchen, brushing my teeth, swizzle it, will rinse my mouth with it, spit it out and go to bed ...see a dentist every six months and zero problems so far ...and I mean several years. My advice would be when you have children starting around 2+ you put them in bed at night, give them a toothbrush wet with 03, spit it out and let them sleep on it [NO WATER RINSE!!]. So, do not let the DENTIST tell you otherwise whom you will seldome see ...O3 has many many benefits.

I wash all my home grown produce and store bought produce in 1/4 cup per gallon of water. I let the produce soak. You won’t believe what what is left in the water. Little tiny knat like flies, sometimes little slugs and dirt. All manner of yuk. I found this technique for cleaning produce in the book: “Healing With Whole Foods: Asian Traditions and Modern Nutrition”. Afterwards I water my plants with the water.

With a new puppy in the house, it is wonderful to know that I can wipe up piddle accidents and disinfect without ammonia fumes. This not only disinfect it leaves behind a clean scent. Also great for countertops, refreshing Services cleaning off fruits and vegetables. (Cost of shipping is a lot what can we do to fix that?)
