HOW TO USE
First, shake the bottle. To use as a Brushing Rinse, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, tilt your head back + brush.
To use as a Pre-Rinse, and for optimal results, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, spit out + follow with Steps 2 and 3 of The Pristine Protocol: Organic Low Abrasion Toothpaste and On-Demand Tooth Polish. And, of course, you can use it any time as a Mouthwash. For best results, use 2-3 times a day.

All the products are phenomenal with keeping my dental hygiene well maintained but this gives a nice variety of trying out the different flavors! These are the only products I will use for anything that has to do with oral hygiene. Plus, it's a woman owned business which I value and support!

I purchased a variety of Essential Oxygen products as my husband who received 38 rounds of the highest dosage of radiation to address throat cancer. As a result we are struggling with osteonecrosis, the jaw bone is dying and there is a large opening in his buttom jaw... Gory details but nothing the doctors can do to help. We found EssentialOxygen, and only after 1 month of using it seems like he is less dependent on antibiotics to defend his mouth against natural forming bacteria. I didn't know there was a cinnamint flavor. I purchased the other 2 flavors at Whole Foods. This mouth rinse is fantastic especially since it has all natural ingredients. I used to use peroxyl and have since developed a strong allergic reaction to polysorbate. I had to stop using that product and my dentist noticed right away that my teeth weren't as clean as they used to be. Now that I have been using this mouth rinse, I feel like my teeth are clean again. I think the key ingredient is the hydrogen peroxide and you've made it taste better!! Can't wait for my dentist to see if there is a difference.
I'd be able to tell you more if/when I get what I ordered. As you no doubt are aware, instead of the mouthwash I received a trio of toothpastes. I'm told the mouthwash trio is coming.
