HOW TO USE
First, shake the bottle. To use as a Brushing Rinse, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, tilt your head back + brush.
To use as a Pre-Rinse, and for optimal results, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, spit out + follow with Steps 2 and 3 of The Pristine Protocol: Organic Low Abrasion Toothpaste and On-Demand Tooth Polish. And, of course, you can use it any time as a Mouthwash. For best results, use 2-3 times a day.

It works well
I’ve been using the toothpaste and mouthwash for years and it never disappoints. My dentist always says, whatever you’re using keep using it because it works.

Such a great mouthwash / rinse! I use it before brushing in the morning to help get rid of morning breath mainly, but I also like that it has some hydrogen peroxide to help with teeth whitening! My mouth definitely feels cleaner + fresher adding this to my morning routine. I also like how natural it is!
How about experimenting with a different container? Plastic is unsafe for the environment and us. Maybe another material? The mouthwash is great!

Have used this for years. It kills the germs in your mouth that cause illness. I also use it to kill germs on my toothbrush!! I have not had one viral sickness since I started to use it. Highly recommend this product!

We love this product! My husband uses it as pre-brush and I use it post-brushing. Neither of us have needed to use dental picks to remove tarter in more than 2 months! Plus, our dentist commented how pleased he was with our gum health and our dental hygienist noticed how clean our teeth were. We showed them the product we are using. They reviewed the ingredients and said, ‘That looks like good stuff!’ We highly recommend this product!

It makes my breath feel soo fresh and takes away the strong onion or garlic after taste when you eat meals with those things in it.
I love it, and use it every morning. I take a swig, swish it around in my mouth for a few minutes while fixing my hair, brush with an electric toothbrush, then spit and rinse. Keeps my mouth clean and fresh, and my teeth glistening.
